Let's outline them just for fun (and to help out someone who has clearly been misinformed or mislead):

1. Krayt scales enhance armor, not weapons. You are referring to krayt tissue. It's a semantic issue, I'm sure, but this could cause confusion, so it will help you to keep these two items straight.

2. As one of my fellow WS's put it, "CDEF isn't a gun, it's a toy." In other words, they made with artisan skills not WS skills, and thus require no sub-components, including the power handler which is needed to add a krayt tissue enhancement.

3. While it may not be apparent to you (likely this is one of your first times to the WS board), these types of posts can get very bothersome after seeing 50 or so per day, especailly when we would like to help but cannot since we are on different servers as the potential customer. Also, from my own experience and from what i know of others, most of us spend way more time on our server boards, than here. This type of query would be more appropriate on the starsider board, and you'd be much more likely to get a positive response.

If you train only Novice Marksman, and that's it, you can get access to the D18 pistol which, if I'm not mistaken, can take a Blaster Power Handler. So, there is a possibility to carry around a D18 pistol with...a novice marksman pistol...that has been Krayt Enhanced.
