Just wondering what class gets the cerification for Beam Cannons...

It's broken, there is no cert.

They prety well suck any how so no one is screeming for the cert.But they are great for vendors.

Most people don't even know it exists since it's not mentioned anywhere in the game besides weaponsmith schematics.

It might haveoriginally been acommando weapon since it uses the same model and about the same number of resources as the acid rifle, or maybe rifleman since it's in the list with the rest of the normal guns and all the heavy weapons are in separate categories.

It gives rifle XP but even the bowcaster is better

Are we talking about the heavy partical beam cannons? Cause I made one at 2026-3389 dmg 4.9spd w/adv stock... and another at 1998-3238 spd 4.6 w/out stock. I thought those were pretty decent.... sure they are 29 charges and 6.0 range, but they are also heavy armor piercing...

I guess if there isnt a cert for them, thats a different story, but the stats seem nice to me... beats the acid stream launchers...

If they are talking about Heavy Particle Beam Cannons, my commandos use them often.

"Beam rifle" has no cert and isn't mentioned anywhere other than weaponsmith skilltree

HPBC is in commando heavy weapons 1
