Ok what happened to the Adv Feed Mechs?

Yesterday I could get 0 min / 31 Max with a -0.33 attack speed

Now I get 0 min / 31 Max with a -0.03 attack speed !!!

What happened to the attack speed? Anyone else having this problem?

Actually I guess my old Adv Fee Mechs were 0 min / 33 max and -0.33 atk spd

New one with a -0.20 enhancement came to 0 min / 31 max and -0.11 atk spd
