I know rifles and carbines have scopes and stuff like formfitted weapon stocks to power them up. Do pistols have anything similar to these that can be used to give them an extra kick? Also, how many krayt tissues does it take to make a krayt scatter?

not all rifles can use stocks.

pistols can have scopes.

scatter uses 1 power handler, so 1 jar of tissue.

So pistols can't have stocks but they can have scopes. What about barrels? Can they use those? I just bought 3 +57 dam, -.747 tissues and need to get some weapons made.

If you could, list all the most powerful things I could put into a pistol with my tissues.

Baslicaly the powerups i think ur talkin about can go on alot of different guns whether it be a pistol of a riffle. Contact me in game if u r on my server.

The defferent powerups cfan be expereimented with to have different results, as well as resource qualities can dictate wat type of powerup, just have to keep experimenting to get the results u want. And maybe the stock wont work on a pistol but a coupler can be made to do the same thing a stock will do. i dont know y they just didnt have a pistol powerup, carbine powerup, riffle powerup, heavey weapons powerup, and just one grenade powerup. its beyond me.

ok, all pistols use barrels as part of their construction, you cant make one without it.

The krayt tissue you purchased is an "enhancement" for the Blaster Power Handlers. Only certain pistols use Blaster Power Handler and some need more than just one, sowith the tissues you bought, you can geta DL44, DL44 metal, D18, Scatter, or DH17, and...i think thats it.

Each one of these weapons takes one power handler and so you can make up to three of them with your three tissues.

The Republic blaster takes 2 power handlers and so one of your tissues will be needed to make a schematic so the other two can be made into similar power handlers for the weapon.

All other pistols use either too many power handlers for your tissue to be of use, or use Projectile Feed Mechanisms instead of Power handlers.

You can add a scope to most if not all of these weapons, but i think you should not. Scopes increase wound % and range modifier, but the also make your HAM cost alot more. SO the weapon would do drain you faster in combat when using abilities.

Now here is what i would do, i would have all three made into DL44s, without scopes. They will be decent weapons and have an excellent speed without a higher HAM cost. Then have them sliced by a smuggler and you can probably get a max damage of about 250 out of it.

oh and when you say "Power-up" that is most commonly used to describe the actual Powerups in the game that increase a weapons stats for a set amount of shots, Krayt tissues are "enhancements". It helps to that info straight when talking to a Weaponsmith, for the sake of communication.
