I realized I had one krayt tissue in the bank from a long time ago, and I know most guns require more than one. Are there any that can be made with just one tissue?

Yes, any schematic whih requires only a single power handler can use a single krayt tissue to enhance it.
Alsoif you have TWO krayt tissues with the same serial you can still only make weapons that require a single power handler (since 1 needed for schematic leaving only 1 to put in the damn gun)

IMHO, the best selling weapon to make with one krayt tissue is a scatter pistol. It's an awesome weapon and bounty-hunter is a very popular (and wealthy) profession.
