Okay here is the deal on these items you will get higher min damage lower max damage, and slightly less speed. In other words a master weaponsmith can make 18/ 37 power handlers. So we do better high end but worse lowend. So all you need look at is what weapon you have that can afford to slower, but have betting minimum damage
They arent worth alot a few thousand credits a peice. Good for specialty orders.
All depends on your servers, Master WS, and the resources they have to make Adv. power handlers... as to how much you could sell them for... on my Server I make Adv pwer handlers that are:
Min damage=21 Max Damage= 41 Speed= -0.41
so I personally would never buy the ones you have looted, or receieved as loot...
might want to post a "price check" on your trade board forums to get a more accurate answer... hope this helps
