hello, i am grinding projectile rifle barrels at the moment. i am at weaponsmith 0400

yesterday, and last week, i was able to use carbonite steel and neutronium steel

today i logged in and noticed that when i click on the crafting tool to load the resources for projectile rifle barrels, the resources did not appear. i thought this was a bug, so i logged back on and still encountered the same problem.

then i looked at the new resources for projectile rifle barrelsand noticed that it now requires:

Quadranium Steel and Axidite Iron

i was wondering if anyone knows if the resource requirements have been changed during the past 24 hours, or patch update.

and if so, are there any recommendations on what i can use to grind weaponsmith?

Quad steel and Axidite Iron are the components for the advanced projectile pistol barrel. Just use the regular one.

Hi, Ionavalamari,

I'm grinding for Master Weaponsmith, and I just grind standard Blaster Rifle Barrels, even though I have Wepsmith 2 4 4 4 and have access to most of the schematics With a half decent grinding macro, and 5 or six crafting tools, you can make good xp very quickly on practice mode, plus the schematic requires only 'metal' and 'crystalline gemstone' rather than specific types. The macro I use has a 6 tool run on it and all I have to do is double-click the resources.

As for the resources for Projectile Rifle Barrels, I'm not sure, as I rarely make them! They may well have changed, but this seems odd to me as they are not arather advanced component (unless you accidentally selected advanced projectile rifle barrels?).

You can rest assured that when I hit Master, it will be through grinding Blaster Rifle Barrels, as to this day they offer the best xp per resource unit used, and are dead easy to use in a macro. But if anyone out there knows of a better way to do it I'm all ears!

each night the number for the schematic changes, and i didn't realize that i configured the number to the advanced one
