Thread: Weaponsmith grinding resources, what planets are they from?

Ok, what planet has Skevon gas? Hydron 3 gas? The thoranium steel I know comes from Naboo, but the other two are a mystery to me. I'm tired of getting 88 exp per combine... time for heavy warheads to rescue me from grinding hell.
BTW, I'm trying to become a real weaponsmith, not grinding towards jedi.

Any planet can have any resource, it all depends on the random resource spawn system.
Use SWGCraft, and if possible help update it. It'll become an invaluable tool.

Ugh... according to SWGCraft.com there is no Skevon gas or Hydron 3 gas anywhere in the sunrunner galaxy.... Can this be true?

Those are rare gases, you can search for them to find out when they last spawned. If you can't find them for sale, you just have to wait until they spawn again. Not every resource is always available, and some are rarer than others.
Byrothsis gem, Gallinorean gem, Hydron gas, Pholokite ore are a few of the resources that are rare. Duralloy steel and Polysteel copper on the otherhand are almost always around.

Yes, it is very likely that either or both are not on your server at the present time. Resources are random (both in what their stats are and where they are located) and not all resources are always present. The planets they are on are also random, most extractable resources can spawn on several planets at once. So you may have hydro3 gas once for the last year, or you can have multiple spawns of it back to back or even at the same time.
