We need a CSR to reverse the stats for these right?

How long does it usually take for them to respond?

Is submitting a ticket the only way?

yup, just submit a ticket.

I find they get back to me in about 20 minutes or so.

I usually leave them in a bag, with them waypointed so I can send the CSR right to them and get on with whatever else I want to do.

You don't necessarily need to get them fixed. They're only a problem if the final weapon ends up with higher min than max. With only a difference of 7, anything you could make a sword core out of has a large enough min/max delta that you're safe using these.

In fact, it would make a slightly better PvP weapon in it's current state when you take mitigation into account.

Yes. But.... you're assuming a player who looks to buy a weapon is thinking while doing so.

As opposed to simply looking for the highes 'max damage' stat.

I've lost track of the amount of times I've gotten 3-4 vendor sales emails, with the final one or two being the ones with the higher minimum damage. When queried, the customers tell me that they went through all the weapons, bought the high damage ones, then noticed the ones with the higher min.

But they bought the high Max Damage *first*.

Hence the difference between the common customer who just shops and says that the prices are to high, and the seasoned vetran who will pay millions for the "perfect" weapon.
