Do the materials use to make these matter. It appears they are broke and can't be experimented up at all. Been so long since i had original scheme and making a new scheme is whats bringing this up. No sense in using my best stuff for same result.

Nope, still broken. Advanced has the same stats as normal, neither can be experimented, and they come out the same no matter what materials you use.
