I was wondering if anyone could explain to me about some loot I got off and NPC on Lok. The cdef carbine looks to have been enhanced with some sort of poison delivery system. Is it possible to craft weapons that deliver poison? Or is this a rarity

DoT weapons are loot only.. as of now we cant make them.. but I wish we could!!>=D
