Are we supposed to be getting a new sword schematic in the near future?

Next patch adds a limited-use 2h scythe schematic from a quest and various other limited-use quest/loot schematics.

I'm not sure about the sword but there is a new rifle out on TC. I don't know weather it is a quest or not though...
