Thread: 2 Crit Failures?!?

I'm new to the weaponsmith market on shadowfire and got my first oreder for 2 rocket launchers fair enough. All manufactured components fair enough.I get to the very last step the making of the rocket launcher and get one crit failure ok.. it happens. But to have a second on the other one i'm pretty pissed off at, i'm a master weaponsmith living in a manufacturing city... is there any reason to give me 2 crit failures ina row on one of the longest weapons to make from scratch? and now to do the same thing all over again tomorrow.

If thats the first time you've double crited congrats on making master weaponsmith without doing it. I've crited out 3 times in a row doing WUKs. Thats at 0/4/3/4 and there aren't any "building bonuses" till master for me. Hardest schematic I've ever made 
Percentages suck and the quality of your tool has little to no effect (as long as its positive from what I've seen) on your crit fail percentage.

he's not as much complaining about getting 2 crits in a row... he's complaining on getting 2 crits in a row on rocket launchers, which require six million subcomponents

This is where the Devs come in and say how much crit fails "add fun to the game", and that it is "risk vs. reward"...
I critted on two krayt tissues today, for the same customer. Ya, I' m a "Master"....

best bet is to use the best quality station and tools make sure your tool is a 99.99999999 tool and if you die wiyh it in your invantory get a new one I never craft with a tool that is not at 100% condition Good luck
