Ive noticed if you do too much at a time the damage ( if you exp their ) goes up fine but the speed falters behind, so i usually do 1 or 2

3 at a time has proven to give me the best rate of consistant great successes.

I have found that if I do more than 2 at a time the stats vary than it would if I did one point at a time..........

I always experiment weapons 1 point at a time. That way I know exactlyhow successfuleach point was i.e. "great", "moderate", etc.
When you experiment several points at a time, it seems to only tell youabout the last point used. Of course, the dowside to doing it 1 at a time is that you raise the complexity of the item by alot.

I do one at a time normally, unless I have worked out what I need to do to get a "perfect" schem messing with amazings and stuff.
