Thread: Could someone give me an idea which of these would make a better weapon?

Hello kind smiths,
I am currently on my way tomaster swordsman and am looking to have a couple of scythes made from my 2 schematics. I have some looted components and I'm wondering what kind of weapons a decent weaponsmith could turn out with them. First I have a set of 2 nice looted sword cores with the following stats:
Min: 30
Max: 39
Speed: -.552
Wound: 11
Ideal Range: 25
Costs: 9/5/9
I also have some above avg yellow cores and above avg solidifying pastes with these stats:
Paste
Max: 16
Cubes
Min: 15
Max: 16
My question to you would be how would these looted cores compare to a scythe crafted with these components assuming of course that good resources were used for the reminder of the ingredients. I care most about dmg, followed by range mods.
I was alsolooking for some opinions ofsome Wsmithsif what I want to do would be a fair deal for a Master WS to take on. I have 2 scythe schematics. I want 3 made for myself all from the same schematic (I know it's only 2 uses but I understand that with a set of 7 identical cubes/pastes you can make a schematic from one use and still have one use left). So one useto make2 avg scythes, then use either the good cubes/paste for the other or the looted cores depending which would be better. For payment I would give the other scythe schematic to the smith to do with what they please. I can also throw in all cubes/paste to make the others. Just intrested in knowing if this would be a fair deal and if not how much one would charge. PS I'm on Shadowfire if that helps with price.

If you have enough of thos ecubes and solids, the cores you can make (with good neutronium steel) will be significantly better than the looted core.
For example, my base geo core is 34/34. Adding in that paste and those cubes and we have 65/66. Those are some pretty nice cores.

Hey, Thanks for the input thats what I expected. I have 3 of each of the cubes and pastes. If I understand everything correctly one of each will be wasted in the core schematic then 2 identical will be made from the remaining two which go into the actual weapon.
