What do I need to make a REAL GOOD DE10?
Schem, barrel, 3ident krayt tissues (the best which I can find), and? The other good materials?

You need an established Weaponsmith. He'll have what is needed. It would be pointless for you to try to find and buy the "best of the best" resources to make the weapon. It's just not gonna happen. You should have a yellow DE-10 Barrel, the schematic and the best 3 identical Krayt tissues you can buy.

The key to making a very good de-10 and a 'uber' de-10 is finding the right tissues to use in the powerhandlers. Finding a high damage tissue that also incorporates a high speed mod is key. The De-10 has no lack of damage potential but is hadicapped by a medium range speed. Sure with master pistoleer speed cert and maybe some BH pistol skills you will probably be using each special at the speed cap but it is a good thing to have this gun fast , and powerful at the same time.
Just make sure the tissues you use in this thing are worthy of the rarity of the gun and the master certification. Everything else can be accomplished relatively pain free.

I made some pistols using yellow barrels and +50 tissues, getting both pistols around 320 max dam before slice. The yellow barrels make or break these guns...
