I just read that state of the game thing from JustG. He said the combat balance isn't going in. Does that mean the new weapons aren't going into publish 8?

He also said that quests will be added for some non-combat types. Weaponsmith wasn't on the the list of professions he mentioned. Will we be getting something like that and he just didn't write down all the non-crafting professions? Or did he not mention weaponsmith because we aren't getting anything to do?
