Thread: Slug gun?

I was curious about a question I received last night while doing some surveying. A player asked if I could make him a slug gun. I am not familiar with that weapon. Is it just a term referring to another weapon or is it something I have totally overlooked. I thought he might be refering to the acid stream rifle, but he kept saying it was a slug gun. Thanks for the help and information.

It's not craftable. The customer was referring to the Slugthrower carbine that you getas a reward fordoing Nym's missions on Lok. Sorry, don't have the specs, but i remember it being referred to as "decent."

Ahhh I see, thanks for the information. I am assuming the reward is a single wepon and not a schemantic. I am glad to see that I was not crazy and could not see a "slug" schemantic.

Howdy;
Yes is a loot attained by finishing Nym Quest which starts in the stronghold with Kobe. Easy quest if you wait for the other guy to start a fight since only have to kill a few thangs that way.
Fair carbine - need Markman Carbine 2 to use if I remember right and is Acid. Quest is short and can be done in less than an hour. There are a few on walls in Tatooine-Wanderhome store if need to see one.

The beauty of this gun IF you were smart enough or lucky enough to grab a few before patch 7 you DONT need any cert to use it. They made it a carbineer skill in 7 but pre 7s can still be used by ANYONE. I have a few laying around and routinely sell them for 200k. Yes its alot but if you have NO weapon skills its worth it because it hits in the 200 range. Same thing goes for pre patch Republics.
