Hate to break it to you but since weapons require less resources a weaponsmith usually mines for him or herself. Its almost always more cost effective, but I am betting you want to make boatloads of cash right. It aint worth selling unless you can get six credits a unit.
Oh well I will tell you the secret you must prey on desperation. Find a rare resource and then sell it three weeks after it was in spawn. A newbie hologrinder will jump at it in an instant.

Skevon reactive gas hydron three inert gas thoranium steel. Put a thousand of each on the vendor with a email saying you will sell the amount needed for the full grind for say five hundred thousand credits. There you can make a fortune. I hope your happy you greed monger.
In my oppinion two to three credits per resource is fair. After all takeing twenty minutes to find it drop harvesters and fill them with money and power and comeing back a week later is definately not work or resource intensive. Do the right thing. If you want a sure sell find some crafters take orders for specific resources in spawn and mine for them.
