I wanted to get a new carbine made I have the cells theyre at +174. I looted a set of 5 tissues right when cu hit off a krayt that were 184 wich made probably the best carbine at the time..capped the sac and the damage and the speed was 2.5 now...can I make the same carbine with one of those fancy scopes and stocks that are around..I noticed that my sac flys away even with a sac of 73...more so than other ppl that do more damagewith moresac cost on their weapons, similar weapons too...in your guys opinion would I be able to cap out the sac and the damage again but this time use looted scopes and stocks from bh miss...
I also was wondering if a 25min 25 max would be worth using or can a ws make a better one to put on there and the penalties in stats if any if I use the scope and stock with those +174 cells
in the opinion of the pros would that make a good carbine for pvp or should I try to find better cells?

The cells are fine to use, should be able to damage cap with those, are darn close. Will be able to SAC cap. The cells will also allow you to get a better speed, so will the looted scope. I however would avoid using the looted stock, as they have no SAC reduction. Where a crafted stock is where you get the majority of your sac reduction on carbs and rifles.
In summary, using the cells and scopes, you should be able to get a superios weapon, but not by much. The speed will be about the only different, as you'll probably get that to around 2.4. But, if SAC is still a problem, SAC pup it.

so the stockon it its not good to put on it?....I just like my carbine I have now but I belive its bugged since I seem to run out of action 1/2 way through battle with a sac of 73 hmm :/

Well the stock I put on mine are generally -22 SAC reduction. The looted ones are 0 SAC reduction. You would have a much bigger problem with SAC with using a looted stock.

The carbine I made the other day with looted cells, scope, and stock was not capped on SAC(1063 damage and something like 83 SAC.. speed was good but still needed help). You will want to use a preCU stock with -20 SAC.. on kettemoor try contacting antse, smeso, kimp,me to name a few weaponsmiths that are good, if they will do a custom job is up to them.
