Just wanted to say Congratulations to all of you in the really competitive weaponsmith market.

I decided I wanted to be a WS about 8 months ago, and I was told it is a long process. I became master weaponsmith...wasnt enough, got my 12 pt suit, and it wasnt enough, got the best crafting tools and stations I could get my hands on ( not enough ) and I have spent countless hours and millions mining and shopping for resources, not to mention hours reading the various forums for advice from you guys (thanks for that too)

Now I am close to the end of the road, and am actually starting to make some things that I dont feel guilty selling.

My whole point is, its been 8 months. Probably have 2 or 3 more months until my resources are really where I want them to be, and I am set to actually compete on the higher end of weaponsmithing. I think back to when I casually said I want to be a weaponsmith to now and laugh. Thank you all for the help and again congratulations on what every one of you has had the determination to do. To the non-weaponsmiths out there...you think grinding Jedi is hard...become a weaponsmith, not just any, but actually a good one.

WS is one of the few craftingprofessions left where you really can stand out in your work.... I really hope that doesn't change.

Sticky this.

I'd love to send people the link when they start a post, "I just respec'd to MWS, now what do I need?"

I was a MWS for3 months before I sold my first weapon...mainly because I didn't have the resources and resource kits weren't in the game. I think it was like 8 months before I made my firstblaster because I had no Irolunn. 12 months before I was 12pt.

You did it the right way, keep the attitude you have and you will value this profession as much as we all do.
