When building rocket launchers, does the quality of the proton grenades used in them affect the damage of the rocket launcher?

it doesnt appear to
i make the nades that go in them outta grinding resources and they appear to work just fine.
ofc i only make like 5 a week max so perhaps someone who makes more
may know better

nope.. i use the worst materials possible in the protons and I dont even experiment them to speed up the factory times. I would never use them as grenades but they have no bearing whatsoever in the final product. My rocket lauchers come out in the high 3900's for max damage with 38 charges.
