There is a man named Hedon in Mos... Entha, I believe. I don't have the waypoint with me (you can prolly find it online or someone will post it here), but from the starport, if you check your map ,you'll see ahead and to the right a small walled-in area of buildings. Hedon is inside there.

Correct, the NPC is in Mos Entha at 1390, 3197.
After doing a couple of missions for him you'll get a Treasure Map which will lead you to the Krayt Graveyard.
When you dig up the box, a Canyon Krayt will spawn, so be ready to move fast and get the schematic from the box. Best to keep a speeder out for a fast getaway.
