I have a wookie on a server and I have everything I need to make a bowcaster except the "Special Crafting Tool". What is it and where can I get it?

It's a Weapon and Droid crafting tool and a crafting station. And unless you have weaponsmith your bowcaster isn't going to be anything but a showpiece. Not trying to be mean, just telling you how it is.
