Depends really. I have some 180 damage bones I used on a PH and it ended up with the 100% cust 1242 max damage, 1.8 a.s. (my modded speed) and with a SAC p/u it gets down too 84 SAC. So overall I love the PH. However, atleast -10 SAC red geo cubes with 20+ damage or higher agents is your best bet!
