What I mean is, how much more effective is 60 SAC then 70 SAC, and 90 SAC from 100 SAC? Is it a limited returns function like the speed function? Or does 100 SAC mean 100 Actionmultiplyed bythe Special modifyer used?
Your grand wisdom found out DPS was bumpkiss, please depart your wisdom upon an old fool as myself
(Been reading FAQ's and can't find it broken down)

Way i look at it is SAC is special attack cost. So the lower the better. I always assumed that having an SAC of 60 on a weapon means its costs 60 action points every time you fire with it. Presumably specials will use a bonus on that. So the lower it is the better.
Of course i could be totally wrong here and get shot down in flames but I'll take my chances

Each special has a SAC modifier, not sure what the values are. Thereare no diminishing returns on lower SAC. The lower you get, the longer you can use higher damage specials. The longer you can use high damage specials, the higher your real DPS is.
