The last mission given by the Dark Jedi (Uthwir or somewhat like that...I misremember his name at the moment) on Dantooine at the ruined Jedi temple was to go kill a Padawan. I did so, and the Padawan drop Blaster Power Handlers, ten of them all identical, the stats were 7 min, 42 max, -.348 speed.

Random NPC drop, seems to be a rare version of the other feed mech enhancer. They dropped before the patch but I only saw one, and it only had -.2 speed with no damage bonus.

Gorax bone shards, but gorax either doesn't spawn any more or is so rare that no one's been able to find one for weeks.
