I think you guys are missing the point, the last thing we need is someone buying 100 guns to buy just for a good slice, and toss the rest away, this leaves other players at a disadvantage, I don't care about money, thats why i build the best weapons i can and give them to a flat rate of 3k creds per weapon to my guildies or most ppl i run into, they need a good gun, i provide that service, and it brings me great pleasure/pride to do so and assist people in the game this way, which is why i haver zero vendor, and will so until my house costs 5000 creds an hour

If you want to control the amount of consumption of your guns, IE: how many a person buys, the abovementioned methods should work. Alternatively, hike the prices on your vendor to the point where people, even rich ones, can only afford to buy one gun at a time. I'd think that 50-60K per gun should do it, but then that's just me. If the slicer's throwing away the other guns, the slicer is an idiot and is wasting their money.

That they do not SEE it as wasting money is only further evidence of the problems this game has with its economy. Regardless, there are solutions available aside from saying "Nerf smugglers!" There's only so much you can do to them anyway, and the devs are going to be changing a bunch of stuff with smuggling in the not too distant future. Assuming they give the smugglers some kind of content, the days of slicing being the smuggler's bread and butter might come to an end.
