This is precisely why I haven't worn a MWS tag over my head since last August lmfao. I make 2 crates of VK's and 2 crates of lasers and some T21s once every other month and sell them for way too much money LMFAO. They sell slow, but my resources last forever.
95% of the weapons I make outside of these 4 crates every other month, are guild requests. I just don't bother. It's really not worth it, and I really don't need the money.
My favorite question from times of old:
..we figure out he wants after going through a lot of questions already on this forum... the C decides they want a crate of 10 LLC's (or lasers or something)
C: Will these slice for speed or damage? I don't want them unless they will slice for damage.
Me: Dunno, it's random.
C: I only want damage slices. Make me some that slice for damage.
Me: I can't it's random.
C: )(&*^ are you ripping me off?
Me: No, it's random.
C: How come there are vendors with only damage sliced weapons?
Me: Because they are usually sitting next to a vendor with speed sliced weapons.
C: If these don't slice for damage, I am bringing them back.
Me: No you won't.
C: wanna bet?
Me: How much? 500k?
C: give them to me you'll see.
Me: No. I am not selling them to you because you don't know how the game works.
Me: I win the bet, pay up : )

After that I became a Homemaker for while, then just started going with no tag at all, cept Colonel and I have never been happier.
If you are sick of being a crafting slave for idiots who don't pay enough, do what I did. Pop a tent outside of coronet, make one or two good mass produced weapons, get them sliced, and sell them for way too much money. Your resource supply will thank you and people will eventually buy them 8 ), once the latest crop of undercutting noob weaponsmiths have used up all their good materials selling 560 damage lasers for 20k. LMFAO.
It also gives you a couple of months to hook up with a smuggler to slice the next batch for you. I only hand build stuff for my friends and don't charge anything to my guild. I am much happier. I also have backpacks full of space loot ; ). Call me lazy, call me a jerk, but I have a lot of fun playing and haven't dealt with a loser since August, and always have plenty of money. Weapons made for friends are the best weapons of all and the most fun to craft.

So let me get this straight , if I see a guy / gal with a weaponsmith title , I can assume he makesALL weapons . That's right every single weapon in the game .That's peculiar , When I was a weaponsmith , I couldnt make all till I was master weaponsmith ( which of course is a HUGE difference from weaponsmith ) . And even then some weapons couldnt be made till I aquired the schematics ... Interesting , " who's the more foolish ? The fool or the fool who follows it ?
