Used in.......: Unknown - but the in-game description suggests a chemical weapon.

Notes.........:
This mob is VERY weak. (A couple of slaps from my hand and they drop - I have unarmed 2!) And spawns very quickly. i.e. As soon as you loot a corpse, one appears again next to you.

I am a weaponsmith 3-4-0-4 - and have not seen a use for it in any of my schematics. So, I'm thinking its either a master weapon or perhaps a munition component, as I don't have munitions yet.

I didn't check my light frag grenade blueprint, so I'll have a look at that tonight....and get back to you.

The Rancor Teeth don't look very promising, but I'm still experimenting with them. So far they look like the Vibro Blade Units and Rifle Barrels components that are dropping: they are not enhancements to components, but actual components themselves. That is, if you stick one in the component slot, you get the stats of the component, not an enhancement to an existing component. Rancor Teeth can be used in lieu of Sword Cores, the optional component to swords. Unfortunately, they are rather mediocre as completed components.

These are to be contrasted with the actual enhancement units like Vibro Blade Motor, High Velocity Projectile Feed Mechanism, High Powered Capacitor, etc., which go into specially designated enhancement slots in component schematics.

Great job on this database, thanks for the effort!

Here's some more info for everyone:

Capacitors, Feeds and VibroMotors(enhancement parts for Power Handlers, Projectile Feed Mechanisms and Vibro Blade Units, respectively) drop off of anything with "Nym" in the name on Lok, as well as from Droidekas.

Krayts drop off of Krayts (duh)

I'm told there are rifle barrel enhancements that drop off of Dark Jedi Masters on Dath, but I've yet to confirm or see one.

It does seem as though the infection amplifier is not a weaponsmith enhancement....sorry!

There I was getting all excited........and....the poor ragtag-loon population has taken a beating over the past few days at the hands of Greel. lol

The description on the amplifier was very open to interpretation, so thats where I messed up.

My sister got 3 +20 max vibro enhancments off Nym's elite guards from inside the city last night. When i used them they obviously increased the max damage of the unit by 20 =)
