Yes time to beat a dead horse. How about increasing the movement speed penalty just for the T21 and in return bump up both min and max damage by 100? Would fit in with the graphics too since it looks more like a heavy machine gunrequiring a tripod than a rifle.

Alternatively give it a variant of armorpiercing back. Bonus against all form of armor and PSGs (in reality less of it's damage is mitigated compared to other rifles).

It was/is after all the trademark of the rifleman prof.

"There was lots of reading, much too much, in the game. There was a lot of wandering around learning about different abilities. We really needed to give people the experience of being Han Solo or Luke Skywalker rather than being Uncle Owen, the moisture farmer. We wanted more instant gratification: kill, get treasure, repeat. We needed to give people more of an option to be part of what they have seen in the movies rather than something they had created themselves."

Movement penalty Idea is a nice one for damage trade-off, however, increasing min/max dammage by so much will actually make us instantly uber and would be unfair. Imagin that I craft with cells a fully capped t-21 with the proposed stat increase....lol.....jedi, here I come.

Armor piercing.........now THAT is a good idea.....though i bet VERY hard to code.

And won't happen, as that's one of the things the Devs said they wanted gone from the pre-CU days.
