made 10 repairs, all resulted in adrop in condition of at least 200pts. ...tools FR 100, no clothing attachments

um...excuse me..ive been a master weaponsmith for quite a long time. Just recently i had to repair 10 weapons using a 99.3 repair tool. I was next to my crafting station which is 43% functionality. I had on my weaponsmith tool set which is suppose to increase weapon repair by 5. The weapons in question were 1/3 condition or better.
Every stinkin one of these got reduced.
And every weapon Ive repaired since patch using the best of the best has produced no success rates. So, come see me at FanFest Dev and tell this to my face and we can have a nice long discussion.

I tell everyone to run the weapon down to 250-300 before repairing, given the almost guranteed loss of 20%.

i repair wpns/armor with my combat alt while buffed and almost always get excellent/minor blemishes, the devs snuck in a requirement on substats which is why you only get minor blemishes one in 20 or so.
