My standard is simply: FelKel Advanced FWG5, xx-xx Dmg x.x Spd xx-xx-xx HAM, etc.

As for custom names, I've had some interesting ones. My personal krayt FWG5 is simply called "The Equalizer". I made a couple krayt carbines for a friend (now herself a master WS) back in the day, titled "Chaos" and "Mayhem". I remember making a krayt scatter once called "Imperial Enforcer" or something like that.

I like the canon names above, those are great.

Plaster pistol, scalping pistol, sureshot. distance demon, heavy melder.

Anytime I use a looted component, or make something really nice I give it a cool name. Just to highlight the differenct to my customer.
