I thank you for the spreadsheet. I think it's fairly useful, but I noticed on desh and platnite copper I dont think all the caps are correct.... for desh the spreadsheet says the min UT for example is 300 and the max is 265. the desh that I have is about 350 UT

is there also a link to a site that has all the caps that I can check against and correct it in my copy of the spreadsheet?

Desh has UT 300-372. Look here for a full list.

ok I have another slight complication with the spreadsheet. I need any kind of steel for the intimidator pistol 50/50 CD & OQ and the spreadsheet says both CD and OQ on steel in general is 1 to 1000. the best steel I seem to have is CD 517 and OQ 966. I was expecting an experimentaiton of 75%. Now I'm not complaining but the green bar on it in the crafting tool is higher than that so I was wondering if steel actually has a lower CD rating or whether the crafting tool is taking the specific named resource cap into account despite the more general requirement.

For schematics that call for specific resoures the best resources wont change, but for schems that call for generic resources the best resources may change a lot.

A schme with specifc resource such as Polysteel Copper, you have no choice but to use Polysteel Copper so no chance in it changing since the resource cap stays the same and the best Polysteel Copper is the best before and after.

A schem with a non-specific resource like Metal can now choose a lower cap metal that has hit that cap instead of what was previous used.

Example: 4th gen LS take all 5 named specifc resources and thus will not change at all, but Power Hammer can take generic copper so a 400 / 400 copper is better than using the 950 / 1000 copper now.

Changes quite a bit, but nothing that cant be adjusted to fairly quickly I would say.
