yes that is why i have 4 vendors.....Balanced melee/ranged weapons with good speed/dmg and low SAC
and what i like to call my "make money" vendors High DPS melee/ranged weapon vendors that empty out faster than i can count "sometimes i take my shoes off to help"
but for those that buy the weapons on my Balanced weapons vendor i get numerous tells for custom orders and praise as being the only Ws on my server that cators to the elite pvp/pve'ers and the not so bright "haven't caught on" people
a. it was just a comment....
b. it is not easily achievable unless u wanna throw out some 150+ dmg tissues
c. just trying to throw a little fun into the boards no need to get literal on everything dude
DPS is a meaningless and misleading stat. If your weapon misses the target, or you run out of action pool, you are doing the basic/no action cost attacks and thus, nowhere near the reported DPS amount listed on the weapon.
Crafters and players need to start thinking in terms of DPM (Damage Per Minute). I've tested rifles I've made extensively and I can max out damage and SAC on any Rifle or Carbine. I also use -28% SAC cost ranged powerups. IMHO, the T21 sucks because it cannot accept a weapon scope to improve the accuracy. The Advanced Laser Rifle is the ideal rifle because it can benefit from a stock, scope and uses less krayt tissues to enhance.
My Master Ranger uses a damage capped Adv. Laser Rifle, +17 Accuracy and 82 SAC. With the -28% Powerups, the SAC drops to 59. All I use is Blob Candy, because it lasts for over 50 minutes and my action pool NEVER goes below 70%, even fighting lvl 82 stuff.
