I can answer your questions on this.... the NS energy lance schematic also requires you to find another schematic from a another NPC thats the NS vibro motors...
The NS Energy lance schem is a temporary schem and will only allow you to use it 5 times in most cases... find the other NPC that carries the NS vibro motor schem and you will be able to make the lance

They can, guildmate got one and used it in VKs. Haven't heard of anyone finding a schematic for it, but then this is the only schematic I've seen so far.
This does not appear to be a limited use schematic - unless there's some hidden field that's not shown in datapad, it looks the same as every other item that can be crafted infinitely. If the vibro units drop as schematics, then this will lead to that cave being camped 24/7 for GAY LOOT FARMING which the devs have said countless times that they're trying to avoid.
Or maybe not, since it's a pike.

As nice as the NS Energy Lance is, I'm kind of curious as to how a LVA made with the Nighsister Vibro Unit would turn out. Has anyone tried that yet?
