You can still get some other elite combat proffesion not all the way and still clear layers around the place you want to place a factory or harvister. Get Swordsman or Rifleman or even Commando.


Yes TK is useles as a combat prof w/o master because of the mega Damage boost at master. Other combat proffesions do not need master to work just fine.

As for me, I am grinding out tka there just to see if a 4440 tka is any good. You are talking about swordsman, rifleman or commando in the present tense. It is entirely different when the CU is out.


For one TKA does not and cannot have armor anymore and must rely on the whole template to be effective. Swordsman is no good without the extra damage and specials. Rifleman? , maybe but I'm still grinding my novice in testing center- we'll see. As for commando with 2 crafter profs forget it.


You'll never be a master merchand BH and SW sure because you dont want to be anyway but I have been a master Ws /Sw and TKA and an upgrade that is supposed to enhance combat but damages crafter/combatants is not equitable.


The devs silence in addresing this concern is the main issue. Either state implicitly that it was their intention to nerf 2 crafter/combatants templates or admit that they had never thought that far and will look into it.
