if you are a PVP person, just use a dmg capped featherweight 966 kinetic dmg with 1.9 speed or so and around 68 sac. That will be the most effective against any psg'ed target. and for rifle an LD 1 would be best and for a carbine a cerza dart carb would be best ( honestly there are way 2 many stupid jedis running around with PSG's) was much better when it was actually rare to see a jedi. In conclusion go with one of those weapons and you will probably be most effective, but for PVE those weapons will be like throwing rocks at creatures and i would recommend an elite carbine for carb or a mark2 and for rifle a HLR, a trando, or a laser. T21s have the same stats but no scope for accuracy . Hope i helped
