Just hit the SAC cap for a Heavy Lightning Riffle. cap is 82

Got some component info last night.
Components
Advanced Weapon Stocks
SAC: 25 (100% exp)
Speed: 0.0 (100% exp)
I wanted to get the wound max but it stopped at 99% and we are looking for 100%.
I will keep trying for more caps as i find them.
