I tried some Carbigepeg Kammris Iron, 999 SR 996 DR, came out 889 Condition on Metal Staff. I'm thinking 900 will be the cap.
Used some 250ui Green Cubes on a DXR-6 Disruptor and it came out 1138 condition, roughly 250 more than 900 cap so at least those are working right.

OK. It sounds like DR is not a factor and the only way to get over 900 is if a schematic calls for an enhancement (like green cubes) that will add to condition. I guess there is a use for those "integrity" power capacitors after all.

Thanks for the info, updated DPS and clarified in my opening what my goal is. I have no desire to write a "noob" guide right now. Things are coplicated enough right now for experienced smiths. I'm focusing on the changes to help existing smiths transition. I do plan on adding a partial how-to later on with sreenshots of the new arrangement of experimentation boxes, etc but that will be on my website only.

Added some info on patch fixes for pre-cu parts (it appears weapon stocks with damage modifiers will be stripped of those stats)<---- Patch conversion has been completed, all pre-CU Stocks except Formfitted stocks have had damage removed.

Great stuff.
You might want to correct the information about the pre-CU stocks. They got nerfed yesterday: no more damage mod even if you pull them from crates.

Does anyone know what the Nak'tra crystals from the large spiders on Kashyyyk are used for? The description indicates that they are used during the creation of weapons to make them betterbut I can't seem to be able to use them (Master WS 12 point). They also cannot be used in light sabers (I tried).

hmm could try to use them like krayt tissues but that doesn't seem likely just says to make them better?
