Ctrl P search weaponsmith. Why pay a npc trainer when there are plenty that might actually need that apprentiship. In coronet of all places your bound to pull five, and most will train you for free. Considering they lave little request for training as is, and might need the ap to master another skill.

They are mostly in guildhalls in major cities. Or to a google search
