While that is possible that they were exploited I would not run and wave that flag. it is possible to make weapons that good. Especially pre-nef fwg5's when you could add krayt and a feeder enhancment. I have seen legendary stocks, legendary barrels for all weapons, legendary tissue. Not seen a legendary feeder mech yet though.

there r several .1 speed 600+ dmg fwg5 on ahazi, the best i have seen is a 830 dmg one

Can't speak for the E11, but there were pics of the FWG5 unsliced and it definitely wasn't multisliced (plus the stats on the legendary feedand tissue used work out perfectly to the 530 or whatever it was unsliced). Pup-sliced maybe...feel free to compare and see if the max and min dmg both went up by the same % if you feel like spending your time on a witch hunt.
