My scopes add 0.0045 to the speed. I can't see where that makes any difference on the DPS whatsoever.


The higher a toon's accuracy, the higher the damage outputis. My alt took 0420 pike afterTKM/Master Swords just to boost his "general melee accuracy". Even a modest accuracy bonus from the weapon will make a difference in the final damage calculation.

1138 damage

40 elemental

314 DPS

82 SAC

17 Acc bonus

34 wound


Unsliced...hopefully i can get it a little higher with some slices

can people please state their non-krayt stats... its not helping to compare if people are showing their krayted ones

HLR #3:

Attack Speed: 2.7
Damage: 456-1034
Element Damage: 40
Accuracy Bonus: 11
Wound: 33.35%
DPS: 290.38

HLR #4:

Attack Speed: 2.7

Element Damage: 40
Accuracy Bonus: 11

All of these have been krayted and I'm using my 12 pts. I make -9 SAC ABPH's and put the rest into speed. On experimentation I juice up the damage and put the remaining two points into efficiency. I've been getting around 93 SAC by the time I experiment on it in the final build.

If you really want a high DPS weapon, you need to shave some speed off the sub-components, particularly the scopes and stocks. And on the power-handler and barrel, experiment SAC and speed instead of SAC and damage.

Thanks for the Input.. and yes people please post NON-Krayted Post CU componnents.. I have thousands of PRE-CU components but the yare saved for the custom orders...

My non-krayt HLR came out with 955 max damage, 2.5X speed and 95 SAC with +12 accuracy. I used all post-CU subcomponents. Barrels and handlers experimented for SAC, then speed. Final combine experimented for damage, then speed. Twelve-point WS with +20 FS experimentation.
