There is no cube schematic - that is the limiting factor on all these weapons.

I'm guessingthe whites can be used because they have no stats - I guess that their advantage is that they are wild cards. The green, red and yellows each come with variable stats and thus can't be substituted for one another.

So I suppose the schematics with the white cubes are the mass-production versions (for scythes, etc) while the colours are for the higher end weapons.

Drops of single white cubes apparently have no serial number. If this is still happening, this seems like a repeat of the no-serial krayt issue butwith much less practical value.

Hmmm .... When I first made the schematic on Wednesday, it seemed like (and I didn't check all of em)the white cubes I used had no serial numbers (but they yellow & green ones did have serial numbers).

Now I've been shopping around for white cubes today (to make more scythes) and ALL the white cubesthatI purchased today hadserial numbers. So either people are hoarding the ones without serial numbers, or they added serial numbersto the white cubes after Wednesday night.

If this was intentional, I would recommend switching the white ones back to no-serial number cubes. Players seem to bereally enjoying their scythes, and this will help keep the cost down for them. I've heard some weaponsmiths are charging millions for them, and that is out-of-reach for a lot of players.

I havent actually seen the schematic yet but does it actually say "Identical Power Cubes"?

Because if not, then any one of the same general type will work. It is that way on houses i noticed with wall modules. Requires Similar Wall Modules, not identical ones. One sure way to know if you can use any of the same kind of cubes regardless of serial number is that on the schematic it will actually list the serial number of the part needed to manufacture. If not, use any of the same color. Wether this is inteded or not, thats up to the devs and their mood.

Various people brought me 5 more no-serial number white cubes over the weekend. So unlike what I though previously, it sounds like they are still dropping.So I guess I was wrong about the patch thing.It must be that theyare just rare items ...
