The tissue adds 30 max and -.3 speed. It's an enhancement, NOT a replacement, so you simply add in the stats.
137-267 @ 5.3 so, without the tissue it's 137-237 @ 5.6
Sounds about right to me. Depending on reources, the stats will vary a little, but that max damage looks fine.
