18-39 on chimaera using best resources spawned in like last 8 months
i know of 2 other ws's who are holding stocks of older resources and older abph's who have higher stats but as i said 18-39 best using resources that you can still get your hands on

Guys.
Bust out your excel and try this:
Make some handlers and record the stats at what %ages.
Gather up a bunch of data.
Then plot it on a graph. It should be linear, and you should be able to predict where the stats should be at what %age?
no?

Using the crafting tool numbers against theoretical maximum of 25 min / 50 max / -.50 speed abph you get:
Disoni (.823128):
20.5782 min / 41.1564 max / -.411564 speed
which means you should show 20/41/-.41
How did you come up with a theo max stat of 25-50 -0.5?
From my observations of how much the stats change per experiment point I come up with 21-44/45 -0.47
The change is 1.63 3.63 -0.04 per point. I also realise that the min damage is 50%/50% instead of 66%/33%(not counting the weighted experiment).
Theoretical as in if resources did not have caps. The real max possible is below that, due to caps (gating of resources).
edit: and that is from extrapolating from the %s on the tool and the min/max/speed at those %s.

That is basically what I did too came up with the above stats using the teorectical maxes I calculated in my other thread.
