Yesterday was the worst i've ever experienced....

I'm an 11pt, using 15 tools, 45 station, pyolian cake, in a research center..... 10 crit fails on assembly and multiple moderates. As master and taking all the other precautions, good tools, cake, etc. there is no reason whatsoever that we should crit fail on assemblies. just my 2 cents
