heh he most definitely is lying. Any MWS worth his salt to be trusted with "Legendary cores" would heal bf full buffs, Port, Cake, Brandy and canape just to be safe. Work in a research/manufacturing centre using a 45.00 and a 15.00 tool wearing +25 assembly +25 experiment. Much of that will be redundant but you can never be too sure.

No idea but there have been rumours that your mind affects your crafting.
