Burt.

Powerups add a percentage of the max/min damage to the weapon, not a flatpoint increase

Wow, I'm just wondering where the 11 tissue drop was found for that weapon? (last I'd heard, 11 tissue drops didn't exist anymore)

I've gottwo identical KraytLasers that aren't quite on par with that very impressive T21 of yours, but they are still d*mn good weapons.

Yes they do I have had 2 drops with 11 tissues in in the past 2 weeks and one made a T21 that hit 785 sliced and power up (28% damage slice).

If you haven't read through that yet... TH lets loose some interesting info..

actually I found surprisingly little information in that thread. Another classic TH post

and there was much rejoicing...

dont weapons degrade based on the amount of dmg they do? if this is true then a high dmg wep would last as long as a low dmg wep because

low dmg = slow decay = longer to kill mobs

high dmg = fast decay = faster to kill mobs

so a pup would not make a differece in the decay.

in the Tuesday Tip, TH said, "Weapons decay with usage, each time you use it, the item decays" the definition of 'usage' is not exactly clear.

Most likely the decay is based on the amount of shots you do. Buta pup greatly increase decay, this have been verified several times by testing
