Any wookiee can make them. To make them well you need
to have a wookiee master Weaponsmith. You have to
be a WS to make some of the parts, but you could have a
WS make those for you and do the final assembly if you would
like. It would just bite.
The bowcaster looks great, but it does energy damage, has
no AP, and is slow and inaccurate. Other than that, it's
UB3R!
